Mark Kleiman, CHMM, CPG
Senior Vice President
Mr. Kleiman is Senior Vice President of Environmental Risk Solutions
based in the Corporate Headquarters in Cincinnati. He has over 12 years of
diversified professional consulting experience working with Fortune 500
clients and various other clients across the country. His areas of
expertise include fixed price/guaranteed outcome type projects; environmental
rules and regulations; Brownfield projects; environmental remediation;
environmental site assessments; environmental compliance
audits and hydro geologic and geologic investigations, including RI/FS and RFI projects. Mr. Kleiman has knowledge of CERCLA, RCRA, TSCA, EPCRA, Phase
I ASTM, ISO 9001, VAP and Clean Air and Clean Water regulations and permitting
requirements. He is experienced in determining environmental issues,
defining solutions to environmental challenges and developing and
implementing cost efficient solutions associated with environmental
liabilities.
Prior to joining Environmental Risk Solutions, Mr. Kleiman has served as
Vice President, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project
Engineer for Pollution Risk Services, Civil and Environmental Consultants,
Conestoga-Rovers and Associates, and the Galson Corporation. Mr. Kleiman
began his career in the oil patch working as a geologist, primarily in the
Gulf of Mexico.
Mr. Kleiman received his Master of Science in Environmental Engineering
from Syracuse University, and his Bachelor of Science in Geology from the State University of New
York. He has completed course work in Computer Science and Business at
Onondaga Community College, Syracuse, New York.
